Empower Period Volunteer
Help end period poverty, shame and inequality in South Yorkshire.
Key tasks: packing & posting period products, helping deliver training and education workshops with young people and their communities, helping with evaluation & record keeping
Commitment: Mondays for a minimum of 2 hours a week for at least a 5 month period, starting October 2022
Location: Irise UK office, 7 Castle Street, Sheffield City Centre, Sheffield, S3 8LT

Storytelling placement in Uganda
Spend 2-3 months with our Ugandan team collecting case studies from our projects. Help ensure that women’s and girls’ stories are told and their voices heard, alongside helping us demonstrate the impact of our work. We ask all volunteers to raise at least £1000 to support our work as part of their placement- our team will help you every step of the way.
Great experience for anyone with a passion for storytelling, photography or communications and marketing.
Placements run throughout the year.
