2. Empower vulnerable girls by becoming a Period Buddy
For an annual subscription of £5 a month you can support one vulnerable adolescent girl per month to stay happy and healthy during her period. You will receive a period pouch containing everything you need to champion girls' right to menstruate in dignity.
3. Show that women and girls can do anything during their periods by taking on a sponsored challenge
Join our CEO, Emily, on June 1st and climb to the highest point in the Peak District to show that women and girls can do anything. The hike is being filmed as part of a documentary of those at the forefront of the fight to end Period Poverty in the UK.
